Set Back...
I have been set back with all this stuff going on so, I am going to post my weigh in and measurements every Monday for all to see. I hope this will get me going and keep me going. Its been a tough rollercoaster ride and it is still not over! I have gained some of the weight I had lost back with traveling and not working out and watching what I was eating as much. I will have my weigh in tomorrow and I will post all my new numbers. Glad to be back!!!
New Goals!
I have been very busy with Erie trips and medical appointments. I still do not have any answers to what has been going on but, will update and fill everyone in as soon as I know a little more. I am taking a break with my very early morning classes for a bit until I have my Hematologist appointment on August 2. I also have been struggling with tiredness from my new injection shot I have been taking. I hope to get back to those classes soon but right now I have to get as much sleep as I can.
My plan for the next two months...
My plan for the next two months...
- Run/Walk at least 3 miles /6 days a week (run what I can depending on how I feel)
- 11 minute ab video everyday
- Cook atleast one healthy new receipe a week
- Stick to 1200 calories a day and burn atleast 400 calories a day
- Lose 15-20 pounds by October 10, 2011...weigh in each Monday
- Run a 5K in 29 minutes or under
- Work up to running 6 miles in my race pace
