Nice Sunday run out at Bakers Pond today! Have a 5k next Saturday so I just practiced trying to get a better time. I worked this week on sprint work...tough! Lucas couldn't stop looking at me in my hat! It was to.cute! First time he has seen me in one...just got it at the Gulfstream 5k. It was a free gift for whoever participated.
